Pop the champagne, Sara and Jake tied the knot! These two are such a good time – down for anything and literally couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the entire day! And can we all take a moment to love on Sara’s custom jean jacket and stunning hairpiece? What a beauty! Their October Millwork Ballroom wedding was picture perfect. Everything was so well put together and I loved the attention to detail, but their love really stole the show!
Sara and Jake exchanged I Do’s at a beautiful church in the Historic Millwork District of Dubuque, Iowa surrounded by their nearest and dearest. What I loved most about their day was how personal and joyous it was. Each groomsmen greeted Jake with a fist bump at the end of the aisle, which was even repeated by Sara’s Dad! It was clear their circle of family and friends are extremely close and you could feel the collective joy for the big day.
After they sealed it with a kiss we headed for a wheat field of gold in the setting sun. Snuggles all around – it’s the way Jake wraps Sara up his arms for me! They light up with each kiss and every hug. We laughed and popped more champagne with the bridal party in tow until the party really started! From the second the reception started, their bridal party and guests tore up the dance floor! The feeling of complete joy and happiness was tangible in the room and you can’t miss the bridal party entrance! Sara and Jake’s day is full of everything good and I’m so excited to share it with you!
