Emilee and Garrett are two of the most down to earth, easygoing, sweet people with a family to match! After knowing them for many, many years, it was so great seeing them make it official with their family and two little boys, Their backyard wedding in Wisconsin on Emilee’s family’s property was all sorts of fun complete with an ice cream truck, dancing and games! It was a true celebration of family love that was anything but basic and everything sweet!
Friends and family were invited to a gorgeous Wisconsin church to witness the exchanging of vows. Emilee couldn’t have looked more gorgeous in her beaded gown and colorful tattoos while Garrett was as handsome as could be in an oxblood suit. Moody romance vibes on point! Their boys were total studs in their matching suits as they escorted the sweet flower girl down the aisle. For the bridesmaids, Emilee opted for whimsical wreaths as a modern take on blooms. Nothing about their day was ordinary. Couples who are true to themselves are truly my kind of couples!
I loved the dark romantic touches throughout the day and Emilee’s awesome custom black jacket. These two are seriously cool infusing their edgy style and non-traditional vibe throughout every detail. Emilee and Garett’s post “I do” couple session had to be one of my favorites! With Garrett pulling up on a motorcycle and billows of tire smoke making an epic backdrop for the new Mr. and Mrs. – it was totally unique and totally them! At the reception the party continued with a live band, lots of laughs and a few daring antics – you’ll just have to scroll to see!
