A few years back, Ali inquired about a mommy and me session, so when she asked us to capture another milestone moment, I was over the moon excited! It’s so fun to get to have repeating clients!!
Ali and Anthony met during their first week of college and had been together for seven years leading up to their wedding day. They say one of their favorite parts of their relationship is laughing together and simply experiencing life together. The love between these two was truly amazing to see!
For their wedding, Ali and Anthony were striving for a laidback, natural day to celebrate with their closest friends, family, and their beautiful daughter. That goal was definitely achieved, as you can see from the images below – everything was timeless and stunning! There was a mixture of warm tones with simple boho details. I absolutely loved the velvet dresses of the bridesmaids alongside the delicate lace of Ali’s bridal gown.
The ceremony was held at St Anthony’s on the Lake in Pewaukee, the alter and aisle decorated with greenery and florals for a very gorgeous laidback natural look. Probably the most unique touch of the day was the trolley that transported the wedding party all over – they really pulled out all the ~trolley~ bells and whistles! The wedding party headed over to Menomonee Park for portraits between the ceremony and reception, which was just the perfect backdrop. Finally, the reception was held at twelve29, which was adorned with wood accents and greenery throughout.
